Waiver of withdrawal right

If the User is consumer within the meaning of Section 1 KSchG, he/she expressly consents to the start of contract fulfilment prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period (cancellation period) and acknowledges that he/she loses his/her right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) as a result of the premature commencement of the contract fulfilment – after receiving a copy or confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium including the declaration of consent above as well as this confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) together with the statutory information (§ 4 para. 1 FAGG).

If the User is an entrepreneur, he/she acknowledges that Synthetic Dimension will start to fulfil the contract immediately.
